• Members receive access to exclusive events, newsletters, and networking opportunities

• Registration for Expodent exhibitions and workshops is binding upon submission

• Event fees, booth rentals, and cancellation policies are specified in individual event terms

• ADITI reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

• Participants must conduct themselves professionally during all ADITI events

• All content on aditidental.co.in, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the ADITI name, is protected by copyright and trademark laws

• The ADITI logo and branding materials may not be used without written permission

• Newsletter content, event materials, and website content are for member use only and may not be redistributed commercially

• Website powered by Spick Technologies; technical infrastructure remains their property

Users agree not to :

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or membership applications

• Use the website for unlawful purposes or to harm ADITI's reputation

• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas or member databases

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission

• Interfere with website functionality or security measures

ADITI, its officers (including President Dr. B.S. Shetty, Secretary Mr. Harish Arora, and Managing Committee members), and partners are not liable for :

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use

• Event cancellations, postponements, or venue changes beyond our control

• Business losses resulting from membership or event participation

• Technical issues, website downtime, or data loss

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, where ADITI's head office is located.
